1st and 2nd grade

 Good morning to everyone!!!


I hope to see you soon at the school, but in the maintime, you can try to develope the following challenges. Do your best at home!!! 

What is the first thing that we need to do before the exercise? To warm-up!!! So show mummy and daddy the "Head, shoulders, knees and tous" song  :)


Challenges:

- Hold the position on the right leg and count 10 seconds (on the floor).

- Hold the position on the left leg and count 10 seconds (on the floor).



Hold the position on the right leg and count 10 seconds (on a cushion).

- Hold the position on the left leg and count 10 seconds (on a cushion).



- Walk like a crub (going back on your arms and legs) along your house.




- Hold a book on your head and walk 6 steps with it.
